The Company’s liability for any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the services provided, whether due to negligence, accident, or any other cause, shall be strictly limited to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per vehicle. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any damages exceeding this amount, regardless of the nature, extent, or cause of such damages, including but not limited to negligence, incidental or consequential damages, or acts of third parties.
The Company assumes no responsibility for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising after the vehicle leaves our premises. By engaging our services, you expressly waive any and all claims exceeding the stated liability cap.
This disclaimer, along with all posted terms and conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
By agreeing to receive services from West Lafayette Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept all terms and posted legal disclaimers. For any concerns or claims, written notice must be provided to the Company within 24 hours of service completion.
